Generals & Application:
SB 200*150 sand Pump is a horizontal centrifuge pump of single-stage end-suction overhang type. It is used for transporting mud, sand, mineral and other similar liquid containing float solid grain. It is one of the necessary equipment for drilling mud purification in oil field. There are two types of drive, one is motor direct connection, and the other is belt speed reduction drive. The pump shaft employs the twin-seal consisted of slave blade and filling, of which the service life is rather long. It is the first seal choice by the pump industry in china at present.
Mounting, Operation and Maintenance:
1. When connected with motor directly, mount the pump and motor on a same base.
2. Before running, apply certain amount of lube oil into the support oil tank. Control the oil level through the oil scale.
3. When the pump is running, if there is liquid leakage on the shaft seal, adjust the gap between the slave blade and the relief cap until no leakage occurs again.
4. After the pump stopped, if there is liquid leakage on the shaft seal, adjust the filling press cap until leakage occurs again.
5. The paste inlet pipe on the pump should not be too long. No sharp turn and hump on it. The charge and discharge should be supported, not rested on pump body.
