Generals:
It is developed jointly by Dong Ying Yongji petroleum Machinery Company and JiangHan institute. It is of overhang single-suction centrifugal pump. Its shaft employs the twin-seal consisted of slave of slave blade and filling. The seal performance is reliable; the pump depends mainly on the specially-structured blade and shear disk to perform its shear function. The pump can shorten the paste preparation time considerably, improve the mud quality, and save chemical products, and in particular, supplement chemical production time as drilling well at high speed. It solves the knotty technical problem that not possible to solve in normal way. Two types are available, one is provided with tank and the other not.
The one with tank is consisted of tank, pump, motor, hopper, mud gun and valve, and the other one without tank is composed of motor, motor, hopper, mud gun.
Application:
1 preparing polymer paste
2 preparing mud with soil taken from other place
3 Preparing paste with material difficult to be stirred and mixed
Mounting & Operation:
1 Fix the pump firmly on a flat foundation. No sharp turns in piping. Arrange valve handles in positions convenient for operator.
2 check motor for correct rotation direction before start it.
